We operate two (3) Helpdesks in the region (Guangzhou - 7x24, Cantonese & Putonghua, Chsha - 7x24, Putonghua and Manila - 7x10, English). In 2019, we process over 1,000,000 tickets collectively. As of  today, VEIC has around 300 staff in the region and operates out from its various offices in the region (See Contact Us for office details).

Riding on our in-depth domain knowledge - retail, VEICN entered the then emerging retail's digital technology market through our associated company - Value Exchange International Limited (VEIL) in 2011. VEIL integrates shopping, payment, marketing and technology all into one single platform, bringing you into the new retail generation. With its flag ship solution - mobile Stored Value Card (mSVC), we transformed the traditional shopping experience from passive to active.
